Psychologia auctus,[1]? sive psychologia auctús humani, est investigatio scientifica rationum per quas homines per cursum vitae mutantur. Quae provincia, primum solum infantiam et pueritiam tractans, crevit ut adulescentiam, auctum adultorum, aging,? integrumque vitae comprehendat. Psychologi auctús cognitionem, sensum, moresque per vitam mutantís explicare volunt. Haec provincia mutatones trium generum (auctús corporei, auctús cognitivi, auctús socioemotionalis) tractat,[2] intra quae sunt sollertiae motoricae, munera exsecutiva, intellegentia moralis, adeptio linguae, mutatio socialis, personalitas, auctus animi motuum, conceptum sui, formatio identitatis, aliaeque res.
